Where Express Post is selected, we endeaver to ship same day, but this isn’t always possible. Express Post is only of benefit when for Onesies and/or Plush Toys, when shipped to Australia. Except where Express Post is specifically requested, we may select the courier which is best suited to the delivery, regardless of the option requested, unless you tell us otherwise — we default to using Sendle and this is our preferred courier.
Orders that contain multiple items will sometimes be received in separate deliveries — so don’t be alarmed if your entire order isn’t received at the same time.
Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours. You may receive multiple emails with tracking details. Please check your spam/junk email folders. You can also login to our website and view order & tracking information in the My Account area.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees which are imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. This may apply to deliveries made outside of Australia.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and something is damaged, please let us know, then contact the courier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos before and after opening the packaging.
